Convenient location close to amusement park. Indoor water park was clean and not crowded.- On-site dining had good food and great service

the location was ideal for families, with the Fallsview indoor waterpark just a short distance away. the waterpark had plenty of attractions for kids to enjoy, including a nice-sized game room. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast, perfect for starting our day. We also had access to a snack shop and locker room facilities, adding convenience to our visit.
The hotel's restaurant could have improved its dining options.

The location of this hotel was great, just a short drive to the amusement park and other attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us an early check-in and late check-out. the indoor water park was a hit with the kids, and the arcade kept them entertained for hours.
The rooms were not the cleanest, with a musty smell and outdated decor. the pool area was overcrowded and the water didn't seem clean.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it. the location right in the park was perfect for my family. We were able to buy a day pass for the kids to enjoy the waterpark, which they absolutely loved. Additionally, the hotel offered easy access to the Quaker restaurant, where we had a delicious meal. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with double bunk beds that comfortably accommodated my three 13-year-olds. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, service, and basic amenities.
All was just fine and met our expectations.
